Biography

Coming from a place where no one really believed in my talent or abilities, I often had to go it alone learning how to do everything on my own. YHWH had given me a vision of how He wanted things done and I was determined to accomplish it even when surrounded by persons who were dead set against my ability to achieve. Singer songwriter is my genre of choice because it leaves room for me to express myself as YHWH gives it to me without boundaries. Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Puff Daddy, Snoop Dogg, Nicki Minaj, Cardi B, Beyonce, Jay-Z, 50 Cent, Mary Mary, Yolanda Adams, Kirk Franklin, and Tasha Cobb Leonard are a few of my musical influences.

Major Achievements

Jesus Is Way won a Platinum Auddy Award from Uplaya. Have won several talent shows. God's Chosen Saint (Audrey L. Simmons-Musk) went from being homeless to obtaining both a Bachelors and a Masters in Social Work under the Obama Administration. Released my very first digital album and formed and indie record label LaCe Music Publishing & Recording under the Obama Administration.

God’s Chosen Saint (Audrey L. Simmons-Musk) volunteered to campaign for Barack Obama who won the Presidency. God’s Chosen Saint (Audrey L. Simmons-Musk) also volunteered to campaign for President Barack Obama to assist in his highly successful second term presidency campaign. In addition, God’s Chosen Saint (Audrey L. Simmons-Musk) volunteered for the Alabama candidate Dough Jones leading to the first Democrat to be elected in the United State Senate since Howell Heflin in 1997 and the first Democrat to win statewide office in Alabama since Lucy Baxley’s election as the President of the Alabama Public Service Commission in 2008.

God’s Chosen Saint (Audrey L. Simmons-Musk) appeared on It’s Another Level Show hosted by Pastor Dr. Anthony Clark on the Impact Network in Montgomery, Al. She simultaneously appeared on Respect My Hustle hosted by 72 out of Atlanta, Ga. Finally, God’s Chosen Saint (Audrey L. Simmons-Musk) appeared in Will Of God The Movie developed by Dr. Ludie Hoffman founder of Eternal Friends TV playing the character Deborah which matched her energy at the time as she was heavily involved in politics, pursuing her music career, training to be a pastor, completing a bachelor’s in social work, and performing televised shows at the height of her career.
